Early Childhood Education leaders in Head Start Programs help teachers and staff lay the foundation of development for a child’s lifetime. Over the course of this specialized, two day workshop, we will explore strategies that align the newly revised Head Start Program Performance Standards (HSPPS) with Conscious Discipline practices to build effective communication, improve teacher retention, and create cohesive Family and Community Engagement, Education and Mental Health teams.
