Course: CEH 0123 | AAT Capstone | C25/26 | Course 4 (of 4)

In this final online capstone course, participants will develop a complete proposal for an Animal-Assisted Therapy (AAT) program tailored to their professional interests. The course is structured to provide a step-by-step guide for creating a professional-level proposal that can be submitted to the participant’s employer for consideration and implementation. 

 

Prerequisites: Successful completion of all previous AAT certificate coursework.   

2.4 CEUs per course/Certificate upon completion of all 4 courses.

  • Online Asynchronous: No live meeting day/time; participants will access the curriculum online within the fixed Start/End dates, and advance through the program according to the scheduled assignment due dates

 

Presenter Bio:
Dr. Lois Harrison, Concordia University Professor
 
Dr. Harrison is the School of Health Professions Interprofessional Clinic Coordinator at Concordia University Wisconsin. Her research interests focus on interprofessional education, animal assisted interventions, and health/wellness for individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disability.
