- Hands-On Fluency
- Learn practical ways to save an hour today—and every day—with AI.
- Directing AI, Not Prompting It
- Learn how to provide AI with clear instructions, context, iteration, and constructive critique.
- From Chatbots to Agents
- Understand the major mindset shift from using AI chatbots to leveraging AI agents, including where they belong—and where they do not belong—within the organization.
- Thinking in Workflows—and in Risks
- Identify where human judgment is required and where repetitive thinking and tasks can be effectively assigned to AI.
